Been doing c/w for that all day, although not done the practial itself, I've been doing the permeability of cel membranes when disrupted by detergents (it dissolves the fatty acids in the phospholipids)

Qualitative is not using figures isn't it? As thats a little difficult

What level is this for?
Permability?

I'm doing OCR bio y13, no assessed prac work so far though,
what kind of qualitative experiments? what kind of cells? be more specific, there's a lot you can do with cell membranes...

Does it definatly need to be qualitative?

yep we have one quantitative, one qualitative and one evaluative test which are each an hour long and are done seperatly
hmm how about you see the effects of detergent or something else that contains enzymes that hydrolysis lipids and and do that for quantitative
I've done the quantative assessment already. You just need to know how to draw a graph really.

I've done my practical and it was all about diffusion rate.
I had an experiment about agar jelly and seeing how temperature affects the rate of diffusion.
