UCAS financing the studies: SAAS, EU Team or Other??
I have understood (hope it was correct) that I, as an non-UK/EU student, am in the 2nd fee category. I have applied to 2 Scottish unis out of 5 uni choices. I don't know if I want to take a loan for the other 3 in the rest of the UK, since I've got myself a pretty good student's deal from my "home land". Anyway, I was afraid they'd put me in the international (aka outside EU and/or Europe) category, where I would be forced to pay crazy international fees, so I picked the 2nd category and then EU Team... I just wanted it to be an indicator that I'm applying as an EU student, so that my fees wouldn't be sky high..
My questions are:
- Should I keep the EU Team choice or change it to SAAS?
- If I choose EU Team, will I still be eligible to apply for SAAS support should I decide to go to a Scottish uni?
Please, tell me what you did, especially if you're the same "kind" of applicant as me (i.e. international EU student).
