Contact the pharmacy department directly and find out. There should be emails and phone numbers on their websites.

Also, if you're studying pharmacy, the hospitals usually send out flyers and information through the universities.

Depends, most are in December. Some ask for CVs as late as feb. Best thing to do is to email the hospitals as each one is different.
