Re: Know any good diet plans / meal planners? What the **** is that **** of myprotien! Protien the most importan macronutirent?(Original post by Peter North)
Here you go Double Agent. I expect rep
Balls
Lets not worry about fuel for our brains then, not like that controls our bodies in any way!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bodybuilders go low carb on a cut up, not on a mass gaining cycle which is what I expect many on here are after.
You only need .7-.8g of protien per kg of bodyweight not 1-1.5g
I love the way the 'muscle' sites totally ignore scientific research in this field and spout off what people expect to hear.
You must have uber protien, by the way you can't get enough from food and you can buy protien suppliments here you know -

Re: Know any good diet plans / meal planners?
If it grows, runs or swims then eat it, If not don't.
You don't need someone to tell you what to eat, at what time etc. You just need to develop healthy habits get your protein, vits and carbs from high quality fresh foods and that's you. I personally feel that diets are a waste of time they constrict you, they aren't aimed at you( unless you have a personal nutritionist) and take into no account external factors such as time/budget/cooking skill.
Listen to your body, If you are recovering well you are eating enough protien, If not, then adjust accordingly If you have energy, if your weight is stable then you don't need any more carbs, it's up to you manLast edited by Thebigfudge85; 19-07-2012 at 06:45. -
