Grime is chavvy? Maybe in London it is. But AFAIK, it's a bit more respectable everywhere else in the country.

Chavvy music up north is rave and MC music. And, as numerous posters have already said, Blackout Crew are a prime example.

I dunno what it's called but I was in New Look and they had this song on with some awful rapper with a woman then singing really badly saying to change her relationship status with some really annoying ringing sound in the background ad if someone was shaking their chain at the microphone!
