its called JR barber shop in soho can do for 8 pounds. and make sure tell the barber called zia its meeee for the student discount ! I have been barber in this shop for 10 years . had many experience with students

You can get a cheap haircut in london, but I wouldn't expect it to be any good. The less you pay the more they will have to rush it to make enough money.
