Default Highers and A-Levels Mix & Oxford Offer

Hey,

I just got an offer to Oxford uni (Jesus College) to do Maths - I'm literally the most excited I've ever been in my life! (hfbIHGDOUNIY!!!!)

Anyway, my letter says I need 3 As at A-Level, including an A in Maths and F. Maths.

At the moment I'm doing A-Level Maths, F. Maths and Chemistry, and Higher Physics (I live in Scotland).

Am I allowed to drop Physics, because it doesn't specify I need it? Do I have to tell UCAS? Do I have to tell Oxford?

Are they likely to retract their offer if I drop it?

Thanks in advance.

If you do decide to drop something you certainly have to tell both UCAS and the universities concerned (and I'd do that in writing). It would be advisable to talk to the universities before doing so, as they have the right to change the terms of your offer, though I understand Oxford doesn't do this..
