conditional offer

I have just been given a "conditional offer" of a Master's program at SOAS, on the condition that I graduate from my college "with a mark of 'A or above' in each of the course I take in my last year". I am an international applicant so I am not really familiar with the British system. I am just wondering that IF, hypothetically speaking, that the grades in my last year fail to meet the condition, does it suggest an automatic rejection or, maybe, that they will reconsider my application?
