Peep Show, I'd say. Quote-wise it's superb. [not totally accurate]:

Other than that I'm partial to a bit of Scrubs. I can re-watch them without getting bored.

For american stuff, I'd go for The Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother.
For British, I'm partial to the panel shows, Mock the Week, Have I Got News for You?

^ Same, including:
American Stuff - 2 Guys and a Girl + Joey (I know everyone hated it, but it had it's moments :^_^:)
British Stuff - Never Mind the Buzzcocks + 8 out of 10 Cats

Nobody mentioned Scrubs?
Summer Heights High was a recent favourite. Family Guy is always good and I find Creature Comforts quite funny.
