how do you integrate sec^2(x)tan^2(x)

Do i spilt the tan^2(x) in to sec^2(x)-1.....

No by parts, do it by parts. Saying that you have to figure out what is u and what is v. Just think about an easy differentiation.

What other identities do you know?

Integration by parts.

Substitution [recognise the sec^2[x]
Can't you use a subtitution too. As I think you can pull the sec^2(x) out.

d(tan(x))/dx=sec^2(x)
