You mean the philosophy perpetuated by Reagan, Bush Snr., and Bush Jnr.? All of whom massively increased government spending while pursuing irresponsible tax cuts disproportionately favoring the thin upper crust of society?

(Clinton is the only president in recent history to have pursued a fiscally conservative agenda with regard to balancing the budget)
