Default Exercise Questionnaire

Hi, I'm a 2nd year psychology student doing some Health Psychology research based on Exercise.

Could anyone spare some time to fill in an Exercise Questionnaire?

It will only take a few minutes, and I'd really appreciate it! Thank you.

Dunnit,

some of the answers may seem a little schizophrenic but I answered them the best I could

I've done it, but you're not going to get a very balanced set of results posting this in a fitness forum. Also, in the section about why you exercise there should be another option for wanting to succeed in sports by bettering your own performances or being able to compete against others more effectively. I don't exercise to watch my weight, I exercise much more than would be necessary if I was just watching my general health, and whilst I do enjoy team sports and like exercising with friends, this isn't a major motivation and I do a lot of work on my own.

+ exercising for a job (ie; to prevent injury and/or enable you to do your job better/properly)

Thanks for responding guys. I'll incorporate your ideas in the future. I'm just investigating a few factors for now. I need as many participants as possible.
