I rate Di Michele atm, he is right up there, great player for his age.

I see Carlton Cole has got a call-up to Capello's England squad, good on him. Effing well deserves it!

Thought that yesterday west ham outplayed man u for most of the game.

some of the passing was outstandin.

especially between di michele, parker, collison, behrami and noble.

lookin good for the rest of the season and beyond

We really gave them a good game yesterday. The football again was quality, head up, knocking the ball around on the floor. In all honesty, Man United were there for the taking. Defence is really looking solid, kept to their job and limited Man Utd to half chances. Ronaldo looked ordinary, Behrami proved to me why I believe he is signing of the season, this bloke's engine is just unreal. He had the diving **** in his pocket. Scotty Parker didn't play as well as recent weeks, but still put in a good shift. Collison is the future of Wales. Cole gave 'em a torrid time, and has got to be the most improved player of the season. Hope he gets a chance against the Spaniards.

The Brazilian right back for them was really bad, kept getting mugged off and I thought Carrick and Scholes were outplayed. We just lacked that cutting edge up front. Atmosphere was good and I can see us finishing in a good position, credit to Zola for giving the team the confidence we're playing with at the moment.

Heard reports that he'll be back around April. Despite being a class act when he's on form and fully fit, I do really think it's time we cashed in on him, in the summer.

Not too many other 33 year old second strikers better than him tbh.

Looks like you will have to wait until the replay for that 3-0 score

Illunga I love you. One of the best full backs in the league. Would've given him our MoM award even if he didn't score the equaliser. Good to see he's signed a new deal as well, according to Zola anyway.

So what do we think of the Everton draw?
Personally I think we can beat them, but it's still a really tough draw. We don't have a great record against them in cup competitions of late.

EDIT: Obviously it's not a given we'll play them, but hypothetically if we did triumph at the Riverside.

Everton away is a hard draw, but I can see us sneaking a 1-0 Cole special to compliment our upcoming rout of Middlesbrough.

When I say rout, I mean smash and grab 1-0, Savio to justify his huge fee with a Maradona-esque goal

According to John Motson it's a 4-way race between us, City, Spurs and Wigan. Not so sure about that, but I really don't want to finish below Spurs this season... the injuries really aren't helping our cause, though.

now that would be emabarressing eh.

worst start in our history 2 months in and then still finish above you lot doing the double .

actually not bothered about your team because your skint (as usual) and we should finish at least 15 points ahead of you next season.
