LSE or UCL?!?!

I have applied for September 2009 to the following Universities:

Oxford University (Balliol College): LN12 - Economics and Management (Unsuccessful)

London School of Economics: L101 - Economics (Awaiting Reply)

University College London: L100 - Economics (AAA)

University of Warwick: L100 - Economics (Awaiting Reply)

University of Manchester: LN13 - Economics and Finance (AAB)

Now, I am under the confusion that if I get into LSE then do I go to LSE or UCL?? It would be nice of you all to help me out with this decision.

Thanks,

Fahad Mizan.

I think you should wait until you have an offer from both before asking this question...
Seconded.

It's hinted in the name.

 You're in Bangladesh and have an offer for UCL?

Jesus....

For Economics, then yes, LSE would be the best option. But it's very hard to get into. Also, although both universities are in London - LSE is known for being very work-based, whereas at UCL you can have more of a social life as well (just what I've heard!)

As has been said, you may not even have to make the decision yourself. If you don't get into LSE though, UCL is still an excellent university with excellent career prospects - including for economics of course - so congratulations on that offer!
Lse.
LSE, no question.

why is this question being asked?:eyeball:

If you can go their websites, you can usually access detailed descriptions of the content of each unit! That could really help as that's what's most important at the end of the day- what you'll be studying and whether it will interest you.

I have done the same before applying to LSE. If you can't find a detailed description of the course units amongst the information for applicants, try getting to the information of their website for current students. You're sure to find some details of the course there!
