If you mean ethnic minorities, then I would say their respective countries first and foremost. If not, then the UK is quite nice, as is the USA. As long as you live in more liberal areas. -

Evidence enough is that there are 20,000 of them who have not made Aliyah(I think they are able to though, not sure). Although those guys are about as anti-Zionist as you can get to compensate for being Jews. But take in mind we have nearly 2,000,000 Arabs, most of whom would rather be in our state than a Palestinian state.(Original post by Neville 'Facking' Bartos)

.... but thats a debate in itself, who are treated better Israeli Arabs or Iranian Jews.... I would say Iranian Jews obviously
