Gap year is possible?
Hi i have made a thread similar to this but didnt get many responses, i have applied for uni this year and received all my offers, but, i am now seriously considering a gap year, is it too late? or can i "firm" and "insurance" 2 unis, and on results day supposing i get the grades for my firm would they all me to defer my entry to next year?.

My mate applied to Kent, got an offer and then phoned up the office to ask if she could defer a year and they were fine with it!
I suppose it depends on the university - some may want to know why as well perhaps? But your best bet is just to ring the admissions office of the university in question and ask them!

I also want to know the answer, can I delay entrance?
But as i said, if i was to have put down a firm and insurance for this year, and then on results day say to them i would like to defer entry, would they allow it?
