Default Multivitamins: yay or nai??

If you take them, have you noticed an improvement in your general health? Is it worth taking them? Anything else?!

When i started to take them i got orbital cellulitis, but that probably was just a co-incidence seeing as i had sinusitis or some shizzle at the time i started taking them , my eye and head swelled up like a balloon which was pretty funny.

I do because I need extra iron. Generally I feel better but I'm not sure if that's a placebo effect or not

I take multibionta multivits - Personally didn't feel much of a difference but definitely improved hair/skin/nail condition over long term.

I also take Multibionta, but only to replace vitamins that I don't gain due to a poor diet at uni which I'm improving. The lack of calcium/potassium etc was giving me terrible leg cramps which have since disappeared after I started taking them

I also take Echinacea each day but that's because there are lots of flu and cold viruses around and it is supposedly the best preventative medication...

I take some, but their aimed at kids/preteens so my Mum made me try the adult version (which is DISGUSTING btw).

I take them because they taste nice, but I haven't noticed a difference in my health although my Mum has.. which is weird.

Yes, most certainly. Especially in regards to taking vitamin C and my immune system; I very rarely get ill. I'd recommend them to everyone (over the age of 12, as it says on the tub).
