[Decisis]

Hi, basically i've never really got to grips with this exam. It's so confusing!
My teacher has barely taught us anything, and i mean that, loads of student have complained.
Anyway i understand duress by threats relatively well, but when it comes up duress by circumstances and necessity i get so confused.

So if a question about the development of necessity and if it is recognised as a defence (or something like that) what should i put? I just wouldn't know where to start.

Also, i've read on these boards in various other related articles that there is a timeline of the cases which is useful to follow when answering questions.

I have now until friday to do revision, so i will be spending everyday doing just that!

I will of course give out repp!
