Im quite lost here

i am doing these modules

C1, C2, C3, C4, D1, D2, M1, M2, M3, FP1, FP2, NM over the next two year in A Level Maths and Further Maths

But ive read somewhere i can do other modules and get another A Level, will this really be worth it though, and if its possible how would i do this?

I think you can combine some of the core and further pure modules to get a pure mathematics AS/A Level but I'm not 100% sure

go to the web site of the exam board you are taking and read the specification - it will all be clear.

is there any point - no, unless maths is your hobby and you want to take the other units for the hell of it. (S1, S2, S3, S4, M4, M5)

how - probably self study unless your school/college teaches any of the other modules, but make sure there's somewhere that will let you take the exams.

You do OCR MEI right (you have NM)? You can get a Further Maths (Additional). You would have to do another 6 units for the A-level, or another 3 units for the AS - most people who do this generally self-study them, and get their teacher / exams officer to enter them for the units and certification.
