Default Diet to lose belly fat

I know exercise is important but what changes can I make to my diet if I want to get rid of belly fat? I only have a small amount of belly fat. Do I have to reduce my carbohydrates, fibre intake or what???

I don't want to go on a diet and then lose my muscle, i just need a diet which can reduce the fat around the stomach area. Please help guys!

Changing what you eat isnt going to make you lose fat from one specific area.

Cant spot-reduce. If it's maybe bloating though then drink as much water as you can during the day and switch to wholegrains and eat lots of branflakes

It could be bloating. I mean my stomach is usually flat in the morning after a nice **** but as i start eating it tends to stick out a little.

Sounds like bloating - increase wholegrains and drink at least 8 glasses of water, more if you can manage. Although not sure how the **** has anything to do with it, or was it a poo you were having?
Reduce white bread/pasta intake and dont drink fizzy juice, see if you can see a difference

Eat 3 meals per day (or 6 smaller meals) that are carefully segmented with equal hours in between. For example, I have a bowl of Shreddies at 6am, some sandwiches at noon, and some pasta/veg for dinner at 6pm.

Cut out your fizzy drinks, alcohol, fats, sugars and salts.

If you are not exercising then your portion sizes need to be smaller as your body does not need the energy and will not burn it all off.
