Uncompetitive courses more likely to get an offer?
ive applied for computer science at two different unis that had exact same entry requirements and same sort of positions in the league tables so both same reputation
one being more competitive for that courses i.e. more students or applicants
(checked on UCAS it has over 1500 students doing that course)
the other one has less students (only 250 ish)
and the one that has more students rejected me while the other one gave me a conditional offer
does that mean that uncompetitive courses more likely to give you an offer and more likely to get accepted even though i didnt get the grades on results day?
