Its not like the smiley is killing millions of people... get over it

Comparing people to Hitler does seem a little off for TSR - people do it every day, but for it to be 'approved/endorsed' (in the fact that they supply the ability to do so) seems a little odd.

Stop trying to ban our right to free smileys, you fascist.

Why the hell has The Student Room got a smiley of Adolf Hitler? I do GCSE History and study Nazi Germany and all that jazz, and I don't really think it's appropriate that TSR has a smiley of one of the most evil men in history. Or am I wrong?

Fortunately for the rest of us, it's people with a more rounded view of the world that make the decisions, and not you.

saying what?

H*tler.
:fuhrer: it's funny, and generally is used to criticise the ludicrous, or anyone who pulls a godwins law. I think the people here are generally intelligent enough to be able to distinguish between a smilie and an endorsement of national socialism.
