Cambridge maths PGCE interview

Hi,

I found out today the date of my Cambridge interview for a PGCE in secondary mathematics. Has anyone here had a maths PGCE interview... and, have any tips to pass on?!

Do people usually use power point to do their presentation? I'm still trying to decide on a topic!

Any advice would be much appreciated!

I am a secondary mathematics teacher in East Anglia. You can private message me if you have any questions. Don't worry I won't be interviewing you (although a teacher will probably be on the panel along with the course tutor).

By all means use Powerpoint if you think it will add anything to your presentation. However, it would be a mistake to use it as a prompt script to read aloud.
