hi all

what would you answer if sum1 asked you why u applied to manchester ?

i hav a dentistry interview , and can't think of a gud answer for this! coz I really don't know why i applied to manchester! and i don't find anything special about it either :frown:

First what subject are you apply for?

You could say something like: having visited on an open day, and talked to a few students (one of whom may be doing the course your doing), you have heard that the quality of the education is highly regarded, and that the resources available are excellent. Also throw in something fancy about the course e.g. the course are offers a year to the USA for instance. Say you also like the working environment, and feel that it is somewhere where you would like to spend 3 years of your life, not only to study, but also to see what other aspects of life that the city can offer.

Something like that i spose . . . please be aware that I have never been to Manchester!
