Hi, i would just like to clarify,

if the hall states that the tenancy length is 39 weeks, will that mean I have to move out my stuff for 1 week during easter or something?

the Lambert and Fairfield halls site states that its tenancy length is only 39 weeks and not 40.

Thanks

Why would you have to move out during Easter? That is just absurd and completely not true.

hmm its what the accommodation book said.
Tenancy lengths of 40 wks means u can stay thruout less summer vac,

whereas 37 or 39 weeks dont include the easter vac.

I've been looking at accommodation for September. The contract lengths vary from 35/38/40/42/50/52 :s-smilie:
Anyone know what they generally include/exclude?

Yeah from what I know if you have 39 weeks contract you will have to move out or shift your stuff out over easter. I know this is true of Western Halls. So if you have a 40 week contract you dont have to move out til the end of ur contract.

omg, even if its only for 1 week!?!?

i thought the moving out during easter was only for the 37 week contract?

cause i was counting and counting the number of weeks, and i counted 38 from Sept to June!
