Lots of GTFO players... i normally play on lazyday/night
New update today everything seems fine, the weapon system is now making a lot of people just spectate (bug- people who are spectating can pick up weapons)
Anyone had a try with the bow? all i unlocked was the dead ringer for spy and flare gun (already unlocked), lots of negative reception now about how tf2 is changing i.e future trade system and weapon system over at their forums
Any of you wanna get together an play -

Re: The Team Fortress 2 Thread
With every TF2 update, my respect for Valve grows exponentially. The secondary fiction and ridiculously comprehensive stream of updates that are released for and around this game puts every single developer in all of history to shame. Complete and utter shame.
Just. So. Ridiculous.Last edited by estel; 13-12-2009 at 04:16. -
Re: The Team Fortress 2 Thread
I have the Xbox 360 version and it's the only online shooter, aside from Halo, that I am competent at, i.e. I don't die in the first twelve seconds after spawning.
I do have an issue with it, though. I don't get why it doesn't have the same support as the PC version. I understand with the unofficial maps, but why aren't the weapon and game mode updates included? -

MS don't allow large patches such have been released on PC to be free on the 360. Valve don't really want to charge for them, so they've stated before that they'd like to wait until all their updates are out in order that they can just release one big patch which offers the best value for money.
Secondly, there are apparently some serious issues with memory available on the 360. -
Re: The Team Fortress 2 ThreadOh OK. In a way that's kind of disappointing, but it makes sense.(Original post by estel)
