Written work for Oxford, what to send in?

I've applied for PPE and want to know what subjects I should send essays from...

Theory of Knowledge.
Economics (subsidiary level).
History (higher level).

What do you think, it says I should send in two essays.

I sent in an economics one and a ToK one myself, but choose whatever you think is best.

Anyone have any ideas on what you should send in if you're applying for English? I'm thinking about sending in my Extended Essay, but I'm wondering if it'd be too long. (That, and I haven't exactly written the conclusion yet.) However, it covers the things I feel most confident talking about - I think I'm capable of discussing the theme of androgyny in Orlando, To the Lighthouse and A Room of One's Own for quite a while, but I'm not as certain about the topics I've done my World Lits on, for instance.

Oh, and I'm applying to Cambridge, not Oxford, but I'm assuming the basic idea is the same, except that Cambridge only wants one essay.
