Oxford: Conditions Declaration Form + Health Questionnaire
Did those who have offers receive these???? I just got an email from Medsci at Oxford telling me that they have not received my completed forms and need them by Feb 16th! I haven't had anything from Oxford since my interviews, save the acceptance letter from Keble.
Did everyone else receive these forms????
If so, did they come from the University or in the envelope from the college with the acceptance letter?

Yeah thanks. I've calmed down a bit now since the original OMGOMGOMG WTF DO I DO thing haha.
My only concern is that there are 6 days for them to send me the forms and get them back according to the deadline. Not sure if it'll work out with this post and the bad weather...

Oh-oh.
Sounds like something's gone wrong down the line - mine were with the acceptance letter. From what I remember, the date for sending them back was the 1st of Feb, but as they've clearly extended it already I wouldn't have thought they will mind too much if you get them back a bit later, given your circumstances.

meh, my GP took over 5 weeks to get a form back to me (not sure if its the same one) meaning i returned the form about 3 weeks late - they didn't care, just so long as you inform them.

I miss dissections
I remember the day I did half of the class dissections of these sheep hearts, just because they were all like "eeew it's ugly", but NO, it's fuuuun . Do you think I could sneak into the room and have a look at you meds, dissecting things?

It is good fun, and I seem to learn a lot from it too. I'd like to say you could, but you really couldn't, the dissection room has swipe card entry and only certain cards are activated for the doors. And anyone who even thought about sneaking you in would be off the course so quickly

I shall go back to France and do a second undergrad in Med, then
