For mech eng. I would say Brunel or City. Greenwich - dont go there. Herts - dont kow a lot about it tbh but it is definitely not btter than city and brunel that are okey eng unis  I believe Brunel has slightly better reputation than City in the field but I am not completely sure.

Because it simply isnt. Both others are not brilliant but they are at least okey. Greenwich simply isnt overall, not something specific.

Brunel is very good for motorsport (if that is the area that u wanna specialise in). It has very good links with industry + loads of labs to do practicals.

whats the point in reapplying if he has low grades??? hes not gonna be accepted in Cambridge with 240 UCAS pts, lets be fair...they are not useless, if you want to study and have the drive to do it, you can extract more than enough from universities like brunel...

That is true, my bad, I was under the impression that the British educational system was now beyond saviour and everyone nowadays gets AAA at least. I did not strike me that there was a minority who rebelled against the system - good on you.

Well clearly if you hand anything to the government these days they will undoubtedly **** it up beyond recognition. So no it is not a problem for the ministry it is a problem for all of us, they will and cannot solve it so a tour de force of the people is what is need not more government.
