Hi, I would like to know whether its possible to lose fat around the face..I was very fat last time, then I lost around 25kg.Now I'm not to say very thin but quite slim in body structure but my face size hasn't changed much. Its still very round and big, not proportional to my body size.

So do I continue working out, and losing more weight and gaining muscle, and hope that my face fat will eventually burn off or am I completely wrong?
I hope to achieve the chiseled look, with a jaw line.

I'm 5 feet 6in and 60kg.

Has anyone with past experience who lost fat around the face?
Ppl who were fat last time and lost weight?

Maybe try asking in the fitness thread? I'm not sure...I think fat distribution is different for different people.

You can't target where to lose weight. You'll have to do all over body exercise to see any results.

It depends on your fat distribution.
If you work at burning fat then it should go away, but it may not become 'chiseled', especially if you're a girl.

Has there been a point in your life when you've had a chiselled jaw line? Ie, when you were slimmer.
If not, then it's probably unattainable for you. Some people have round faces, some have square and a whole other miriad in between.
If you haven't been born with a square, masculine chin and jawline, you're not gonna find one under the fat.

I hear from reputable sources that you have to exercise your facial muscles. This burns calories which can sometimes linger in and around the cheeks and chin. A wide variety of activities can result in immediate results! Anything from gargling aggressively to making really weird faces to slapping yourself really, really, hard. Giving frequent blowjobs can also help - although it should be considered a last resort for males.

Maybe you just have a round face? If you don't have a square jawline then no amount of losing weight will give you a square jawline...sorry!
