Here are the steps you need to take to pass your driving test:
1) Get your provisional license (application form from post office)
2) Book in for your theory test - as soon as you pass your theory test you can book a practical driving test
3) Buy some study materials - typically you will need an all in one theory DVD ROM with hazard perception / theory questions / road signs and highway code. - The one I used was
http://www.learnerdriving.com/store/...plete/p_2.html LDC's store has a promotion on at the moment on study materials use the promotion code SUDISCOUNT in the product store check out and 50% is knocked off. Result! Free postage aswell - can't loose.
4) Take your test and research local driving instructors - everybody learns at different paces but typically the average amount of lessons needed is 30-45 hours. Make sure you and your instructor get on, i found a driving course was more practical for me rather than one hour lesson a week. A course is more structured and its easy to prepare for lessons.
5) Book your instructor / Course and driving test - Book your driving test and work towards the test date.
6) Take driving test and hopefully pass!!!!
If anyone has any questions feel free to ask and I will try and help the best I can.
Good luck to everyone taking their test !!!!!!!!
