AQA ICT-AS (New Specfication): Coursework Limit and Plagiarism

Hello all, (especially those who undertook this exam in jan '09)
I was just wondering if anyone knows if the coursework limit for aqa (its the coursework hat isn't marked as an entity.)

Also in my database, my mascot is a character from 'little big planet': could i get done for plagiarism for using this.....

Taking someone else's work and passing it off as your own, ie. taking database framework, bits of reports/SQL etc. would be plagiarism. Using a copyrighted character will not be regarded plagiarism as you are not being assessed on your ability to create characters. It's trivial.

It could be considered copyright infringement, but I doubt this would be an issue in a piece of coursework.
