Hey, I know you posted this a while ago but whatever. I am currently on the course. 2 weeks left on it as well! Arrrgghhhh!!!
I am a foundation student rather than the level 0. We do the same stuff yes. we don't have loans like the level 0. Instead, you get bursaries to pay for stuff. Depends on Parental income though.
Be prepared for a lot of work! Its intense and the whole year goes very quickly! However, theres plenty of tutorial help, but you have to ask for it if you want it (on sign up sheets) or else you will be forgotten about.
The course is small (around 40 people here now), Not much written work, you do about 3 critical studies. as well extra bits of important written work such as your proposals etc. but thats nothing really.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are studio time. Wednesdays were always art history/life drawing lessons. fridays was digital skills/portfolio building. However at the back end of the year these set lessons 'disappear' and you end up spending 5 days in the studio instead. XD
You also go on trips to galleries, and I had a trip to Venice in November which the university paid for.
If I was to sum up the year, I would say its been bloody stressful, tears and tantrums (including me), intense, but I've really enjoyed it, I have came a long way in just a year, met new people, gained new techniques, totally different to A - Level. However if I had the chance to do it again I would say no. :P But without it, I wouldn't be where I am now. So because of that I highly recommend the course

Hope this helped! If your still interested in coming here our final show is May 17th

Oh yeah forgot to ad that the tutors here are lovely, some I get on more than others, but I guess that depends on your personal preference which ones you will like the most. There is one that not many like here because he's tough and known to make a few people cry.
