I've "copied" the layout of sample ict coursework on the aqa website: plagiarism?

I havn't copied the content, just the layout: is this plagiarism? if i acknowledge it, will it no longer be plagiarism.

For example using test data sets.....

no, thats what samples are for.. to see whatis expected in terms of layout and content.

yeah but i did copy in terms of outlining how i would lay out my testing strategy

if you didn't copy the thing word for word or rephrased sentences, then it should be fine.

If I was you to be on the safe side I would create my own layout and use all my own work.

I created my own layout and did my own work and had full marks on my ICT coursework which was worth 60%.

Then some idiot in my class or the other class (we had two) copied the layout and I think someone else's work and everybody in the school was knocked 20-30 marks off the coursework.

So the exam board dropped my grade from A/A* down to a C and the same to everybody else.

I wouldn't risk it but whatever you do do not ever copy the content or any of your friends!
