Maths A-Level (MEI) is C3 a big step from C2?
Hi All,
I haven't got an MEI C3/C4 book yet so I'm not sure of the content, but I was hoping to find out what people (preferably doing the MEI board) thought of the jump from C2 to C3 (and maybe even C4)?
I don't have Maths GCSE (or any others - I didn't go to school) so I'm missing the "fundamentals" but hopefully C1 got that covered...
Anyway, on Friday I started learning C2 myself - I've done about 3-5 hours a day, around 15-17hrs total, did a few past papers tonight and averaged 90% (most of the marks were lost due to careless mistakes). Is it worth trying to self-teach C3/C4 and then doing all of the tests in May/June so I get the whole A-Level in one year? (I already have C1, S1 - and can do M1), I love Maths so I wouldn't mind dedicating a few hours a day if needed.
Thanks in advance for any opinions.
