When do the results for that module come out and when is the deadline to apply for June exams? You might have time between to see what actual grade you get and whether or not it's worth it (you might have done better than you think). If you do decide to retake there's no risk in it because your grade won't go down - it can only go up/stay the same!

Edit: Are you doing the A* syllabus?

yeah but you can only get an A* if you take the subj. to A2 i think. I just really hope the grade boundaries are less then 56/70. thanks for replying.
edit: my school enters everyone for retake anyway, and withdraws if the grades are good.
The deadline is a couple of weeks or so after you get your results.

But for unis such as Oxford and Cambridge, isn't it that you're not allowed to retake your exams? Or is that just for medicine?

If you are, then you must retake.. they'll look for A's in every module you do at the very least. Probably look for 90%+ in all of them I believe.
