What does the presynaptic terminal do in a motor neurone cell?
Thanks for any help

Isn't that where the synaptic vesicles (which contain the neurotransmitter molecules) are found?

Yes it is, usually Acetylcholine.

The presynaptic knob depolarises and this causes the presynaptic vesicles to fuse with the membrane, releasing the Acetylcholine.

Edit: You can talk about calcium ions if you wish too.
