Why are you asking? If you are thinking about not declaring results or fibbing then think again. A2 results go straight to your universities, and if you lie in any way on your UCAS form then people can away their offers from you.

I don't think it would contravene privacy laws to check what you had told them was true. They are entitled to check information is factually accurate.

The exam boards send the information to your universities so they know whether to confirm your offer or not, as several offers stipulate achieving over 90% in some cases this information must include UMS scores. Also, you often have to give your college the forms.

Lying will not work, they will find out and they will probably rescind your offer if it is serious enough fraud.
