Yes, but it doesn't have to be K_5, it can be a subdivision of such


but even the sub division need to be either K_5 or K_3,3 inorder for it to be non planar. plz correct me if i am wrong!!

I don't understand what you are on about?

Is your objection to my example (which could well fail, I wasn't very systematic checking that it works) or is it something more fundamental?

it looks like this there only one point from Euston which is missing the rest are perfect!!

euston can connect to Edgeware road but that give 4 degrees to Edgeware road
