Default Help! Jurisprudence assignment: Legitimacy of Judicial Review and Democracy.

Hello everyone,

I'm having a bit of trouble trying to find any good sources for the following question;

"How do different conceptions of democracy relate to different views as to the legitmacy of judicial review of legislation? Must a person's views as to the latter be detremined by her views as to the former?"

I've managed to find alot of stuff written on it by Dworkin but I cant really find anyone else who writes about this particular issue.

If anyone has any ideas regarding sources of information or planning a structure for the essay, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
