Why don't you tell her something that you've thought up, rather than just scamming ideas from a forum?

If you really can't think of anything, why don't you just put "I like you and you're a great person"? Although you might come across as a tad creepy.

If someone sent me a quote or something, I'd probably think it was one of those things that people forward to all their friends. Just tell her what you want to tell her in your own words, I think that's nicer.
