    Definition of a troll?
Can somoene please give me the definition of a troll, at 1st I thought
being called one was an insult about my looks etc, but I'm guessing that
    can't possibly be the case.

Is a troll someone who's not supposed to be real? (like made up/faked)
As if it is that then I'm just going to have to prove that I am
real & not some sad dirty old man or a windup merchant who's "pretending"
to be me aren't I (not that I should have to)
Maybe then I may get taken a bit more seriously? x

A troll is someone who spams forums deliberately to provoke reactions in established members - be it by insulting them or just posting general irrelevant nonsense everywhere. Most 'trolls' are alternate accounts of established members playing for jokes; some are just stupid people.

Thats just it hun, I don't set out to provoke reactions, I just tell
it how it is & maybe too honest for my own good sometimes?
Also, I don't have another account on here, not sure how I could
    prove otherwise mind you. x

The Troll was a small car made by Troll Plastik & Bilindustri of Lunde, Norway from 1956 to 1958. It was one of few attempts at car production in Norway, but only five cars were ever built. Trolls are Norwegian and Swedish mythical giants similar to ogres in Great Britain.

One who purposely and deliberately (that purpose usually being self-amusement) starts an argument in a manner which attacks others on a forum without in any way listening to the arguments proposed by his or her peers. He will spark of such an argument via the use of ad hominem attacks (i.e. 'you're nothing but a fanboy' is a popular phrase) with no substance or relevence to back them up as well as straw man arguments, which he uses to simply avoid addressing the essence of the issue.

That's weird, I thought she looked more like a big car. Maybe even a bus.

There's no such thing as trolls. Does not compute.

    I WANT TO BELIEVE

But no solid scientific evidence has yet been presented to me as proof of these mythical creatures.

I was once called a troll. I AM NOT A TROLL. Look at my posts; intelligent, concise and eloquent.

    NOT A ******* TROLL YOU ******* *******.

It insults me. Sometimes I spam, that does not a troll make. Capisce?
