Default Dance mat
 
How accurate would the fitness section of a dance mat game be where is tells you the calories burned. I went on dance factory and burned on average 30 cals per song, this seems high can it be right?

I find that it doesn't really work at all. I'd suggest using a pedometer for a bit of guidance.
