COMPUTER SCIENCE at Manchester. Any opinions especially from students already there?

i would like to make manchester my firm, computer science, but i really want some opinions,good things,bad things, from other persons.

I'm pretty sure their is no one that does Computer science at Manchester in this forum. The closest thing is somebody called Gav that does Physics.

I think Manchester uni would be a good choice as Alan Turing built the first modern computer there. Plus, they named the Maths building after him.

What other uni's have you got offers from?

but i don't understand, really nobody ? there's plenty of students at manchester computer science,how come none of them are on this forum ? isn't this a bit weird ?

Yes it's abit weird. But that just TSR. If you applied to Warwick then there is about ten people you could chat with, but not Manchester.

Well i know a few who have been on TSR, but dont know about regular posters...
I only check on this forum every now and again, and nick already knows im at manchester doing CS
