1.Explain the absence of glucose in urine
2.Explain the absence of albumin in urine

urine is supposed to dispose of waste, as glucose is fuel for the body there's no reason for the body to eject it?

what about albumin?
Reply 5
noone knows. why?
Reply 6
perhaps it isnt present in the blood-stream so it cannot be disposed of through urine

Albumin is a plasma protein, it's too big (rleative molecular mass is larger tha 68,000) to pass through the basment membrane in the capillaries of the glomerulus during ultra filtration.
ALl this happens in the nephrons of the kidney.
Glucose is reabsorbed in a part called the proximal convulated tubule, therefore not wasted:smile:(the absorbtion is an active process)>
