Is the most important meal of the day. Yet, i have observed alot of students do not eat this. Which could impact on ones health and general wellbeing. Whats the consensus in TSR, important or not?

I'm a student and eat breakfast everyday. If I don't eat breakfast then I pick at things in the morning. I also feel ill if I don't eat it.

I think it is important, it's said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I've grown up eating breakfast everyday and always will.

I don't like the idea of eating that early in the morning (i.e. just after I've got up). However, if I am up early enough to allow a decent amount of time before having to leave for my lecture, I might grab cereal, possibly toast.

I usually just grab a choccie bar en route (BAD Jessie, BAD Jessie!), but seeing as it's Lent, that is kinda not possible right now...

One day I'm going to have a go at not having breakfast and see just how far towards uni I can get before keeling over.

I always eat breakfast, but I can't eat it straight away. I have to be awake at least an hour before attempting food.

I have breakfast every day - either porridge or Weetabix.

I eat my two Weetabix everyday If I ever miss breakfast, I usually don't feel too bad though to be honest

I couldn't not eat breakfast. Unless I'm up at 4am, then I'm not hungry but from 5.30 onwards bring me foooood.

I always eat breakfast, even if I'm not really hungry, as otherwise I feel ill all day.
I believe its vital, and have seen people that skip breakfast and so usually end up snacking on high calorie/sugar snacks throughout the day, and have made themselves really quite ill.

i eat breakfast everyday, as long as i wake up after 6 am if not ill wait till 6 and grab food wherever i am, usually if im awake that early it means im travelling so ill grab a tea and something at the train station

I sometimes have breakie at 6pm .

But yeah, when I actually do have breakfast in the morning, I get more done during the day, I guess.

I always eat some sort of breakfast. Otherwise I start craving chocolate/sugary things at lunch and end up going to the vending machine between lectures so I can actually concentrate in afternoon labs.

Only if I'm up early enough to not feel sick at the idea of eating + I have enough time.

I can't function without a cup of tea but sometimes I can't stomach food first thing in the morning
