Hey guys wondering if you can help me
I now have an A (495) in A level Maths but I have a low C (60%) in C4
I read on here somewhere that universisties are given the module grades by UCAS - would the C in C4 put me at a disadvantage? (bearing in mind that i am hoping to study medicine)
Im not sure whether to retake C4 and try to improve the grade or just to forget about maths and concentrate on my other 3 subjects...
anybody in a similar situation or have any advice?

If you got the grade overall across all 6 units you needed your c4 unit grade should have no bearing on the unis choice

unless theyre oxbridge who may want to see your UMS grades, otherwise it should be fine, c4 is arguably considered the hardest (i thought c3 was a right bastard at the time) so it should be alright

Consider: can you retake and revise for c4 at no cost to your revision for other units?? if so, GO FOR IT, you've got nothing to loose (except the £16 or w.e)
