please clarify the 18000M-1 what is that unit?
try this - though am not 100%

A=Ecl but l=1 so simplifies to a=Ec

so c= a/E

c=0.01/18000 = 5.55x10-7 M (or mol l-1 as you use) and note the min-1s cancel out

and by a staggering coincidence I recall that number in the previous calc

Sorry the units should be, mol-1 cm-1 for the extinction coefficient. yeah having looked at theis question further, realised i couldn't do it either, but the rest is then plotting a graph and reading things off it which i know i can do.

I'm not sure what figure to put in for absorbance, because the closet figure i have is absorption units per minute which i'm not sure is a bit different, i've never come across anything like this before
