Hello

I am considering doing MSc computer science - Web Technology(preferably) in soton. Is anybody doing that course and can throw some light?

They have 2 couses

1. Web Technology:

Can somebody tell me if there is any other university which offer similar course in Web Technology(apart from Kings, Oxford Brookes)

Also how is the placement after the completion of the course?

Below is my profile. What are my chances for fetching a good job after the course. My Academics are good too. Undergrad - 83% aggregate(A+)

I have 2.5 years of Work Exp in IT industry. Worked with 3 major Gaints

a. Yahoo! India Research & Development as “Web Engineer” – 18 months
b. Accenture Private ltd – Technology Analyst – 5 months
c. Hewlett Packard – Technical associate – 6 months

My main focus is on Databases and Web Technology.

Pretty sure nobody is doing those courses 'cause they're new - they certainly weren't an option when I applied.

Well looks like nobody in this forum r doing those course! I already found coupla people in Facebook, Orkut who r doing those courses !

Anyhoo what course have u taken up in Msc?
