What the heck is the International Political Economy??

Ok, so I've a presentation due tomorrow on the relationship and parallels between International Relations Theory and International Political Economy.

I looked at the topic last week and decided in my infinate wisdom that since the question didn't seem too difficult I could do it the night before. But once again my infinate wisdom has been discovered to have very definate limits, and this one is beyond them. :woo:

So, I'll admit that yes this is entirely my fault and yes I probably do deserve to give a crappy presentation as punishment for procrastinating once more, but if anyone could [ideally] give me a run down as to what the heck IPE is or [and more realistically] point me in the direction of a few websites that do, they would have my undying gratitude.

Oh and a nice shiny rep, with the possibility of a free drink as well if you're from Belfast.

I was about to reply to this, but then realised you said 'the night before' a week ago. How did it go?
